Thank you for keeping me on your email list and I apologise for not writing before.
I bought the plates from you in April 2001, ready for my husband's 50th birthday in September this year.
I had arranged for the garage to collect the car for a 'service' but really to fit the new plates. I then took the car to the post office for a new tax disc, drove the car back to school after all the children had left and sprung the surprise there! He was in a staff meeting so all the staff came out to join in!
The service I received from your company was excellent throughout the whole process.
As I had kept the registration for so long before transferring it to the vehicle, I had to re-register it, but this was very straightforward with your help.

I think the service is fine in all ways, I have never made a purchase of a number plate before on my own, all the paperwork was quick and easy, and done in such a way that an idiot such as myself was able to work it out.
Now I just spend hours on it working out numbers that I wish I could have or had, maybe I will get some done for my fleet of vans that I use for work!! Hey saying that that has given me the idea ...... Thank you.

I think your service is very good and my telephone queries were very professionally answered and my mind put at rest in case I was being conned!!! I received the paperwork on the 5th working day which I thought was excellent service but unfortunately K9 got to the post before YAJ did (new Reg. K9 YAJ) and a corner was a little chewed! However relative parts are still legible so hopefully all will be well. Thanks again for your excellent service.

Had I realized how simple it was to get the number plates after receiving the information from you I would have done it a long time ago. I took the Tax Disk, my V5 and the document you sent me to the local office and they gave me a new tax disc, and sent of the V5 to be updated. It was done in less than 3 minutes. The plate was very appropriate for me. X99 (I was a Golf Club Captain in 1999, and now an Ex Captain) and my initials to follow. Many thanks, The Lexus looks complete now.
